Process
Check out the current Waitlist. Or contact me directly on discord (username: giulishiu) to request a commission.
Send some reference pictures of your characters if possible (full body, side angles and close ups), this will help minimize wait times in case your character doesn't fit my art style.
Once your slot is up I'll contact you on discord or email to confirm all the details.
I'll send you a sketch within the first week, so you can approve it. Any changes you wish to make please let me know at this stage!
Once the sketch is approved Payment must be done in full. I'll send you a paypal invoice with the amount due.
Once I finish the commission I will Dm you or email you the full resolution files.
Terms of Service
I don't do Nudity or Explicit content, Logos, Banners, Mecha, Realistic art, Detailed armor, Gore, Political work, Heavily detailed backgrounds. Also Not taking commissions for Furry or other Non-humanoid characters at the moment.
Payment must be done thru Ko-fi or Paypal in USD dollars. Paypal fee and Commercial Use rights are included with the listed prices. I might adjust prices on my website based on demand.
Each commission may take 2-3 weeks to be finished, depending on my waitlist.
I reserve the right to alter and post commissioned artwork to showcase on my website or social media. If you don't want me to post your commission, or you want to remain anonymous please let me know beforehand.
Please do not alter my art in any way or claim it as your own. You may post the commissioned piece on social media and use it as a display photo on any platform if you wish.
I reserve the right to reject requests that don't fit my artstyle. If I have to reject a commission or you want to cancel it before I start, I'll refund you the full amount.
If I already started a commission (the sketch has been approved) refunds won't be provided anymore.
You may request any changes you wish for free during sketch phase.
After the commission is finished any big changes (redraw) will be charged 5$ each, small changes remain free (color changes, small adjustments)

Making a model from scratch is a long process. A full model (art + rig) might take up to 2 months to finish.
Prices are estimated based on hours taken, extremely complex designs may have extra charges. I accept half payments (for full model commissions) once the art is approved and the rest once the rig is finished.
Full model Includes: Layered .psd file, Full Model .png file, Full Live2d Rig with physics + 2 free expressions / emotes. Vtube Studio model setup and troubleshooting for client.
Rig only Includes: Full detailed Live2d Rig, including face, body angles, eyes, expressions and mouth + full body physics. Vtube Studio model setup and troubleshooting for client. (You provide the layered .psd file)
Art only Includes: Full layered and cut .psd model ready to rig + flat .png image + 2 free expressions. Price includes revisions and extra cutting time (if requested by the rigger)
The finished model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2D project files for the model will not be given to the client. Model Texture sizes are 6000px aprox.
I only work with character sheets and references, I won't design the character from scratch myself but I can offer help whenever possible.
